nurses work with you, your family, and your doctor to
establish a plan that fits your needs.

Skilled Nursing
- Dressing changes, medication teaching, urinary catheters,
feeding tubes, I.V. therapy, and many others.
Home Health Aides - A Certified Nurse Aide to assist
with Personal Care.
Therapy Services - Speech Therapy, speech retraining,
Physical Therapy.

Once your doctor prescribes
health care services, Medicaid, Medicare, and most insurance
companies cover the cost. Call our office and our helpful
staff will be happy to find out for you.

Non-Emergency Transportation
|
If you have a Medicaid
Medical card, contact our office and we can assist the
completion of the needed information.
|
Transportation from your
home to your medical provider's office. After your appointment
is complete, we will return you to your home.

West Virginia Medicaid,
private insurance, or private pay.

Community Care
|
If you are 18 years or
older and receive Supplemental Security Income (S.S.I)
you are eligible. Simply contact our office to obtain
the needed paperwork.

In home care, including
personal care and light housekeeping services.

|
If you are 18 years of
age or older and meet certain low-income and asset guidelines,
you may qualify.
